How WL Hydrotherapy Began
WL Hydrotherapy was originally created for William, whose ongoing needs inspired the development of a warm, supportive environment where he could safely build strength, confidence, and comfort in the water.
Through regular sessions, it became clear just how much of a difference hydrotherapy could make – not only physically, but in terms of confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing. Having a space that felt calm, private, and fully accessible allowed William to benefit in a way that simply wasn’t possible elsewhere.
Seeing how transformative this experience was, Jill chose to open the pool to others in the community. The aim is simple – to make these benefits available to anyone who may need them, without barriers and without profit as the priority.
Today, WL Hydrotherapy continues to offer a welcoming, supportive space for individuals and families looking for gentle, effective therapy in a setting that truly understands their needs.

“A superbly equipped and well designed hydrotherapy pool in a lovely location in Kent. Having cerebral palsy and a permanent wheelchair user there are limited options for exercise, and it allows me to have safe access into the water – for therapy and enjoyment.”
